Structured Luff (Optional Upgrade)
Structured Luff is a performance-enhancing design available on EVO, E-Tech, and Element Composite Code Zeros. It features positive luff roach and built-in vertical structure that allow the sail to fly with less halyard and tack tension. The result is a flatter, more stable entry, lower loads on your rig, and better performance at higher apparent wind angles—especially valuable for J0s and tight-reaching sails.
This design also offers a potential rating advantage under ORC, IRC, and PHRF by increasing the mid-girth without adding rated sail area. It improves furling, reduces heel, and helps push your Code Zero deeper into jib territory.
Structured Luff designs are also available for jibs and genoas.
