We build great sails and back them with a simple warranty that doesn't need fine print
3 Year Limited Sail Warranty
In the event of required alterations, repairs or replacement of a sail due to defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal use, we will assume responsibility for the cost of repairing or replacing the sails as follows.
During the first 12 months, 100% of costs will be covered.
Thereafter, the warranty responsibility will reduce by a percentage calculated on the age of the sail for the period of a further two years bringing the overall warranty period to three (3) years.
We will not cover any damage to the sails that arise as a result of misuse, neglect or poor seamanship. We are happy to provide information on the best way to care for our sails.
Products other than sails are not warranted by 180Sails. Please contact the product manufacturer for warranty information or claims on parts.
