Orders placed before 1pm Eastern Standard Time are processed the same day.
Parts orders are usually shipped within 24 hours and will arrive according to the shipment method chosen at checkout.
Sail orders placed online will receive a call/email to confirm the design and measurements, after which production can begin. Normally sails ship 4-6 weeks after the design is confirmed. Expedited production is available, please contact us for a quote if you need your sails faster.
Parts can be returned or exchanged if returned unopened within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us for an RMA number.
There are no returns on sails as they are a bespoke item, however we guarantee fitment and our warranty on material and workmanship is 3 years. If at any time you are unhappy with your sail purchase we will fix it or replace it for you at our sailmakers discretion under our warranty.
If you need to change something about your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accomodate any changes.
Unfortunately, if an order has already shipped it may be difficult or impossible for us to change it.
Tracking numbers are updated upon shipment in the orders section of your account.

Orders that are already shipped will be subject to our returns policy.
We will double check your measurements, design, use, and boat type when ordering bespoke sails to ensure you get what you need before we start production.
We can ship worldwide, in fact we have delivered sails to many boats around the world.
If you are ordering from outside of the USA, please be aware of customs fees and delays. We will do our best to ensure your order will arrive smoothly.
Many customers from overseas use a shipment consolidator which specializes in overseas shipments. We would highly recommend this.
Your items may come in different packages depending on the warehouse they are shipped from, their size, and the shipping method you have chosen.
